Sweet Liver

Every famliy should know at least one liver recipe and this is it. If you've been afraid of trying liver before you should definately check this out. On top of it being so tasty it could not be simpler and faster.

Finely chop 2 onions, I mean finely, sharpen that knife and chop carefully. When i first started cooking i was on onion duty for ages so this part is my forte :)

 

Heat the cooking oil and throw in the onions and throw in 2 tablespoons spoons of brown sugar.

 

Leave on high heat until the onions brown.

Time to throw in the liver, I like to slice it so that it's no more than 1cm thick so that it cooks quicker.

 

 

It only takes 3-5 minutes to cook on each side keeping the heat on high. Mix it all up and you're done !!

Serve with mashed potatoes.

 

Could it be any simpler !!
